Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time; however, changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
Once your order has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your medication within 1 working day. Delivery timescales thereafter are subject to the courier used and are not guaranteed.
Medications will be dispatched in discreet, secure packaging. You are responsible for ensuring that someone is available to receive temperature-sensitive or signed-for items. We are not liable for delays caused by the courier, incorrect delivery addresses, or failed delivery attempts.
You may cancel your order before it has been approved and dispatched by contacting us as soon as possible. Once a prescription has been issued and the medication dispatched, we are unable to offer a refund, as medicines cannot be returned under UK pharmacy regulations for safety reasons.
If your order is declined by our pharmacist following clinical assessment, you will receive a full refund within 5 to 10 working days.
If you believe a product has arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will investigate promptly.
